Imprint technology that creates intricate microstructures.
Free technical materials available! Adopting a unique roll-to-roll method! Capable of continuously processing very long materials.
Dexerials' microfabrication technology is a technique that forms fine structures of various sizes and patterns, ranging from several hundred nanometers to several hundred micrometers, by either engraving the surface of substrates such as films, resin sheets, and glass, or by stacking materials. By creating complex microstructures on the surface of substrates based on meticulous calculations, it imparts useful functions such as controlling light reflection. This is made possible by our unique imprinting technology that employs a roll-to-roll method. The "roll-to-roll method" refers to a production process where substrates, such as films that are several hundred meters long and rolled up, are processed while being fed through, and then rolled back up again. While there is also a "batch method" that processes flat substrates, the roll-to-roll method we use is known for its high efficiency as it can continuously process very long materials. *For more detailed information, please refer to the related links.
